You'll learn how to co-create and share content within your team, and how to publish stories to reach a wide audience through the use of directories.

This will give you full control over how you work with your team-mates and how you reach out to your company and customers. You'll be able to choose whether to restrict access to your team stories, share them with a few other individuals or whether to publish them to a directory for comment and feedback.

Who should attend?

This one-hour session is for anyone in a team or who accesses a directory. This includes:

• Team members (and team admins) who want to know how to use their team-site, and want to understand the rules that apply to teams

•  

  sharpcloud members (and directory admins) who want to understand how and when to use the public and private directories.

•  ... and anyone who needs/wants to engage with their customers or colleagues more efficiently

How to take part

This session will be run using sharpcloud's 'broadcast' feature. So all you'll need to do is sign-in to sharpcloud and join the conference call. (Details will be sent in the confirmation email).
